KK doesn't own that domain, but it's registered in germany, so they can probably sue for trademark breach in germany (in the us they lost the trademark right?)

Now I know this is not a genuine KK holding, as I think this is related to a small community project which has had little activity over the past 3/4 years.
Thing is...the city in the graphic's background has a few elements that say to me this may not be a fansite or wishful thinking. (I'd soil meself if that was Plaza 1 in the pic, wouldnt you?)
