Make monks viable traders again...

as it stands now i regret having leveled a ppu / resser and i will probalby lom him out of it because spies are inherently better in everything... as a spy you can get the glove + ppu buff without crippling yourself too much, provided you find a suitable ppu. which isn't too hard really. its a hassle to do the same on a monk. swapping gloves might sound like a possibility but it's simply just to bothersome to achieve the same result. why not simply give all gloves the possibility to cast psi spells? it's a simple change and all psi using classes would profit from that. even spies get a minor buff and can at least cast the basic support boosters, if they can't get a hold on a ppu and they still got the dex advantage in cst anyway. it's such a simple and elegant solution to a major headache.
