[R#184-T#188] Cannot scroll/read job descriptions @ character selection screen

Creating a canyon noob to test caves since I don't have pre-patch rares to try to res/stack/build on test server. Cannot scroll through job descriptions on new characters using mouse wheel or clicking and trying to drag the scroll bar:


infiltrator, hacker, driver... any job with a long description. Using keyboard up/down arrows only continues to scroll through jobs and does not affect descriptions, even when I click inside the description box.


However: Later toward the end of character creation when I choose a faction, I CAN scroll through the TG faction history, logos, mission statement, etc.

Other thoughts: I think leveling in caves is far more fun than leveling in sewers. I don't miss flying things that I can't hit, and toward the end of the noob caves there is a genuine boat load of stuff to kill. I like the differences in terrain.
