Outside the F 07 Entrance of Tech Haven two Corporate Contacts are standing around nowadays. they are from Tangent and Protopharm. As Corporate Contacts of the same factions are also inside Tech Haven I guess it might be a bug. Though since Tangent is an enemy of the Fallen Angels it might not be ;).
