updater.ini broke itself

My computer got locked up testing a source engine map I was working on. I had a Neocron client open and logged in at the time. I couldn't do anything, so I hard reset using the switch on my power supply. I boot back up and try to launch Neocron. The launcher displays Reakktor's website and no game server, and the game won't launch.

I check the ini files and find updater.ini showing this:

I check the updater.ini from another install and find the regular one:

Replaced the updater.ini and problem was solved. Nothing else seems wrong with my client.

No clue why this happened, but apparently it has also happened to a friend of mine after he restarted his computer. I figured out how to fix it, but I imagine not everyone would know where to look.
