• Talk to Heff near Donnovan. He will attack you. Run outside the HQ and kill the Heff behind grav lifts (300m at 3 o'clock as you walk out front of TG HQ).
• Talk to Donnovan. He will give you a package for Elias.
• Talk to Elias at top of grav lifts in Tech Haven sector-1 (South Entrance).
• Talk to Donnovan at TG HQ to complete the mission.

Tip: She is South-east of the outpost. BEWARE of the STORM bots in the area!
• Talk to Johnson in Wastelands F-06. He will attack you. Kill him.
• Talk to Tovall. He will tell you to see Jade in OUTZONE SEC-4 and give you a package for her.
• Talk to Jade in OUTZONE SEC-4. She will tell you to Talk to a Contact Person when ready for next mission. She will also Tell you that you can get a "Special Fallen Angels Commission" from Tovall meanwhile.

Tip: The easiest way to get there is from Outzone Sector 2 GR (Mutant Pool) and go via Outzone Sector 4 => Outzone Sector 8 (Jailhouse). When you zone from OZ4 take first left, down the big ladder and at the bottom is Secret Passage 2.
Tip: You can also get there from A-09, but then you have to enter the Jailhouse (OZ8), and go left. This way is only recommend for spys with stealth or PPUs.
Tip: You can also go there via the Bum Asylum in PP3.

Tip: You should receive 1 Solantium and 1 Meritium. She says (falsely) that you will need 3 Arillium.
• Talk to Grim.
Tip: For Field Dampener, he says to bring him BPs of a Heavy Deflector Belt and a Vehicle Energy Pack. The Heavy Deflector Belt can be found on the Special Armor smuggler in Tech Haven sector 3; the Vehicle Energy Pack (looks like a metalplate) can be found on the vehicle ammo vendors in Tech Haven or the Military Base or on the glider salesman in Twilight Guardian sector in the Dome.
• Bring both BPs back to Grim and you should receive a 1-time use TL30 BP for a Field Dampener, requires 1 Meritium + 1 Arillium. Get the BP Constructed.
• Take Field Dampener to the Personnel Director to finish the Epic Run.
