Event notifications / traceability

My vehicle disappeared from the depot list in the past days (yes it is good for me that we have the rollback). Now at first I thought it is a glitch but as I red, this happens if it is destroyed. Now how can I be sure it is not a bug? I would like to get a notification if my vehicle gets destroyed. An ingame mail saying "We regret to inform you that your $FOO has been destroyed, would you like to buy one of our new $BAR"

Same goes for the quick access belt. During the testing period I have removed my LE and tried to participate in PvP @P2. I had fun. And died a lot but not always found my belts. They can be hacked and after the players get all items out they fade away. Now I again can not be sure if it is a bug or an other player stealing my belt.
