Integrate TEAM (f10) with vehicule use.

Simple enough idea : make it so that players in your team (f10) can click on a teamate's vehicule and choose it's seat, effectively bypassin the request sent to owner.

Simple enough mechanic, no new content needed, and the gain is rather obvious : a simpler usage of vehicles in teams.

Bump - cmon this is a super good idea.

I imagine that this is a non-trivial code change. If it isn't, however? Totally worth it.

I want it too. Or make "Lock" remember the last positions and bypass the access dialogues / reject all other.
