Ack! Research bug!

So I've been here researching for 30 minutes now. For the past 30 minutes I've needed only 2 more XP in INT to make it to level 77 but for some reason it will not go up. I've tried relogging 3 times and waiting for a minute before logging back in and the best that came of that was my XP PTS matched the MAX points. Can anyone offer any insight or help to this problem?

NM. A GM helped me. He says you have to do something else other then tradeskill for it to roll over. Hope this helps folks out there.
