If I Was to guess, they are probably bringing more PA's and want to save on animations.

ul need a bloody oppteam to get down and do it. i went with 2 ppus a hacking rifle spy 2 tanks and they lasted bout 10 mins :(

Clearing out the first level isn't that bad. I had my PPU down there with a tank and we managed fairly well. Things turned to crap pretty fast after going down to the second lvl though so we jumped back up to the first lvl. Then we had to fight/die our way out of there after all the first lvl beasties re-spawned. But overall I'm looking forward to heading back there again tonight.

especially the fact that once you start your in it until the group decides to leave unless you just die for a quick GR out

My clan went to the DoY Tunnels today. Here are some pics (yes, most of them are my lying on the floor :p That's when I had time to make them :/).
Thoughts: lvl 1 we did my PPU friend and me alone. The 2nd lvl is harder, had a group of 2 PPUs, a Tank and me (APU). Lvl 3 is insaine. The main thing is to go slow. Dons go rushin through cause you'll draw all the fire and... die. Go hallway by hallway and clean them up. A good barell is always welcome!

P.S.

The last pick shows what I got (others had bout the same amount of loot. 5x0.9 Slotters and 4x1.5 Slotters. And other stuff).

cool with a tank, had problems with my APU, though...too narrow, had to be at the head of the group, otherwise I was HL'ing people in front of me (one drawback to not having a targeting reticle that slowly closes up, if you step in front of me at the wrong mouse click moment, I hope your resists are good)
Maybe I'm just a noob APU though...didn't live very long, tried to be point man, died, PPU had a hard time buffing/healing individually because of the confined space

The XP didn't seem to be very good, but I wasn't down there that long :)
