Ive always wanted to know..
does the condition of the construct tool influence the quality of the stuff constructed?

nope

Only tool that is afected by condition is the poke tool, and the only effect there is that it will break eventually;)

% Don't mean anythin on all tools except remote ones.

Remote ones can be repaired like weapons.
Non-Remote tools don't get broken.

Mhmm. Not completly correct.
At least i wrecked a Hack tool by using it a lot.
It was possible to start one repair round on it.
But the repair did not change the condition of the tool.

......................Hack tool is of the same nature, as Poking, and Repairing, remote tools.
An external device.
Hense it takes damage when used.

Never had a hack tool long enough for it to break. I seem to drop that alot in belts.
