I have a slight problem with something, and i need help. As i discovered in the .ICFG file thread, google is not my friend, but i toiled for an hour anyway, to no avail.
What i need, is a simple (free) program that can convert .dcr files, to either .swf, .spl, or .swt (all are macromedia shockwave files).
If It has become obvious that i am in fact a complete noob, and i don't know wtf I'm talking about or there's a fundamental flaw in my request somewhere, please ignore.
