Since I'm unable to get in game for some reason, have you checked to see if the Tech Haven and Outzone psi vendors (and psi vendors in other locations) are blocked off too? Or is it just the Yakarmas in NC?

You have 2 choices:
- Buy it at the black market
- Try to recreate an existing one (res+const)

3) Hax your way into the Yakarma like the poor dude i met at the Yakarma in PP3 yesterday ;)

Apparently he did a reset_position in pp3 and landed in the yakarma ... bwahahaha

He had to kill_self to get out
