really pissin me off i have 4 exams left startng this monday ending 3rd june and im still doing coursework goo bloody annoying.
im doin exams for my degree (BSc Physiology & Pharmacology)
well pple im off 2 continue my bloody cw that ive done a paragraph for (if any1 can get more more info on Aspartame apart from the fact that its bad 4 u) i'll welcome it all lol

uhh, I´m taking an adult degree in math and english, so I can attend a multimediadesigner school..
got a math exam in 3 days (the 26th) and an english on the 14th.

Been to Edinburgh Uni, Heriot-Watt Uni, Open University (twice) and most recently Loughborough Uni. Being a student > real job.
I'm on studyleave for GCSEs atm...
Not really doing a huge amount of revision. Just what is needed. The worst part of GCSEs is getting all the coursework in Yr11 handed in. It all seems to culminate right at the end.

ahh mate u think thats ba wait till college uni, in college they allow u sometimes like hand in 2moro and shit but at degree if u hand it in over 1min late u get capped at like 40%

also i revised like crazy for my gcse mocks and got all Es lol i dindt revise at all for the real shit and passed with Bs and Cs

i left school after year 11 (in UK) and got a job as an ICT / Network Technician. i kept that up for 2 and a half years, now I'm lookin for a new job.
Studying was too much hassle for me :p
boo hoo... college or "university" as UK calls it I think, is the best time of your life... 40+ hours of work a week with real responsability is worse, so be happy wour still in college. I didnt like exam time either but its better then work.

I had the last exams ever for my degree (MChem Computer-Aided Chemistry). Results day is this friday (28th)

ICT Exam tommorow, german listening exam tuesday and a lovly English Lit exam on Friday then a week off and the rest of my fucking exams :(
I havnt really done any revision but i managed to get a B in maths in January when we sat it early with minimum revision :D lets just hope it works for the rest but the one exam im scared of, yes scared, lol it Physics i cant stand it and i can NEVER remeber any of the formulas
Oh and Judge you bastard my school refused to give study leave to ANY students this year O_o so we have to sit in silence doing revision between exams until out leaving day on the 22 of june ffs!

LOL almost the same here zork, I graduated, but just barely...NC + freinds almost got me kicked out for low grades... I mean CS and diablo 2 didnt help, but this was my first mmorpg, really sucked me in, and I devoted so much time because I wanted to become the best pvper. I was on academic probation numerous times... I mean I barely graduated, but at least I was able to. Thers absolutely no question, that had I put as much effort into college as I had NC, Id have a 4.0 gpa... no question. But, if I could do it all over again, id do it the same... with maybe a few more hours a week studying... but not many. It was a great 4 years.

I'm going into sixthform to do Maths, Physics, Philosophy and Ethics, and AVCE ICT. Unforunately for me my school doesn't do a real ICT course, so I have to settle for the vocational one. Its a real fucking bitch.

not many schools do the ICT that i did in school was only a short course so its half a gcse the other half was Religious edu

And about the ICT it sucks as its the first time my school have done the full ICT GCSE it was planned and done in one word SHITE so the teacher managed to fuck up our coursework started it to late spent ages doing shite and didnt leave enough time to "go back" to coursework so it was finished, handed in marked and sent :( so it was royaly FUCKED! so even the higher students (such as myself, cough :p) have been entered for the foundation paper even though we know all of the higher theory because of our coursework :( so highest i can get is a C.

the tits put me in foundation then come exam lol i swear 2 u i did the whole paper in 15-30mins didnt even check it through just sat there boredshitless and come out with a C
they tried keeping me in foundation science and wen 1 propper safe techer put me in higher the rest of the teachers were like u'll fail u wont be able 2 do it as i never took 1 higher class only did the exams. i go back to uni after exam results 2 pick up cw and bumb in 2 like 4 science techers laughin at me like so wat u doin at college..retaking yr science GCSEs i assume? and i was like u know wat u lot are soo stupid 2 start assuming things and no actually i passed my science GSCEs and im doin A-Level biology Chem and Physics so stfukthx. i left like this :D and walked out that shithole

Well, I'm quite good at Maths and Physics so that shouldn't be too bad. AVCE ICT is entirely coursework and looking at some of the example pieces at my sixthform open day thing I think I'm going to breeze through it. Philosophy and Ethics is really the only unknown, I've heard from some people that its piss and is really a doss subject (not that I chose it for that), but from others that it is really interesting and challenging. I think it all depends on which type of course you take. I'm hoping that it will include some essays on Business Ethics, so I can have a huge rant about Microsoft. One easy essay. :p

Dude there's loads of people my age taller than me, this one guy's 6'3", heh. I suck at b-ball though, way to big, gotta be built like a stick insect to play b-ball. I do rugby+swimming :cool:

There's a guy at my school who is like... 13 tops and he's like 6'3"- 6'4", he's built like a fucking tank aswell.
In my year there are like 7 people (including me) who are 6'0" or over, so it's no biggy now days.
I have my GCSE's next year, not really worried about them though, so far the course(s) have been easy as hell.
@Tratos, the trick is to just spend the time before you physics exam going over all the formula, then run into the exam room and write them down as soon as you can.
write yr equations on yr underwere then ask to go 2 the toilet go to the cubical wen the teacher escorts u check out all the equations and then go back
