you can still get your Psi stuff from MB or Th or TGOr from street hawkers in the Outzone, or from the Crahn Church in pp3, or the Crahn Abbey in OZ-9, or from merchants in the more populated villages...

/edit Or get the items copied and constructed from those people with BP collections, or get psi boosters from recyclers...

Yeah I was gonna say, just go to one of the outside vendors, even in outzone or at the city gate. TH sector 3 came to mind first though.
