Bei mir ist es Shift + V, aber das Prinzip ist ja das gleiche:

bind "SHIFT" "Action"
bind "V" "Quick Direct Chat"

Die beiden Zeilen sind für dafür zuständig.

Ye mate i had same problem, its becouse i binded, a,d,w,s to right,left. Then it removes the ALT + D QuickDirectChat. But just bind it again to ex. ALT + Y.
Then it should work just remember not to use D to something else. ;)
