mine has expired, so i cancelled it.
How and where do i reactivate it??

I dont play anymore, i'm just back to recover all my shit and sell it or give it away. But it's so fucking hard to reactivate an account it's crazy, i still havent managed to reactivate mine.

Ok you cancelled while in payment suspension. Worldpay locks those
accounts down. So you will need to login to Worldpay and cancel the
account via there. Then it will give you the options to reactivate via:

so i logged into worldpay and it says the account has been cancelled by KK so i can find no where to cancel it myself like said above.
you may have cancled but it runs until the last day of payment, say if you active on the 20th and decide on the 13th of the next month to cancle it is still technaly good till the 20th, i belive

The account was already inactive since the 8 th because my Credit card expired so it couldnt renew subscription.
so the last day of payment was 8/5/04

Go to World Pay and login! You have to reactivate there. theres just no other way. :(
Also, since this should do the trick, i'd like your highest slot CS or Silent hunter please. :)
I had to do it all through worldpay, and hope reakktor got the message when i let my Credit Card expire and didnt tell anyone... (reactivate that is)
I say just try puttig in your new details etc, and see what happens? you can always cancel again if the results arent what is expected.

really? thats very fucking weird! i also had alot of trouble to do it, but as soon as i thought, "Hmmm, let's see what worldpay have to say" , I could change the details straight away....
The reason i cant change anything is because the future pay agreement was already cancelled on KK's side when my credit card expired, and once an agreement is cancelled u cant change anything.

but try to get yourself to https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/admin (bah shit bastards, just tested that ands its no good :( )
i went about it by logging in, scrolling down to futurepay customer agreements... and there is a "change" arrow there, that should lead to a page where you can change everything...
If not, try the link and login, hopefully it takes you where you need.
Makes me wonder if mine was suspended or cancelled, i was gone (not paying) for 5 months... but then again, i guess the fuckhead charged me for that 5 months when i resubscribed, so i probably wasnt cancelled.

This is pissing me off, why the hell did KK imagine such complicated things, u have to be fucking engineer to reactivate ur account here !! ( as if the playerbase wasnt low enough )

Just looking at my worldpay account, I seem to have 2 account numbers, i noticed when i reactivated, instead of really reactivating they made me a new one with all the old details, but new card number.
So, maybe if you can make a new account and get them your neocron details??

Yep, they are one fucked up bunch of tardfuckers.
I think they made it hard to do anything, so people wont know how to cancel. :P
