Up-2-Date List of what characters start with?

I was making a new character and was wondering if there was a up-to-date list on what characters start with?

neocron.ems.ru had a list but it is now obsolete due to the fact that KK added lazar rifles/pistols to starting characters.

Does anyone know of a site with an up-to-date list?

errr that's funny i thought it was still up to date since the last starter equipment adjustments .. at least i've never had any problems with what it said i started with and what I did start with.
