Ok, is there a guide about at how many % weapons cap, i mean are they all the same, or are there differences in TL plz someone explain it to meh

all gun, drones and melee weapons cap at 178% damage if thats what u mean and 269% aiming (think i might be wrong there) dunno bout psi tho...

All heavy/melee/rifles/pistols and I think drones, cap dmg at 178%.
Rof is weapon dependant, but not TL dependant, Ie. all raypistols will cap at 185rpm.
Aiming caps at 267% (melee and possibly drones excluded).

I can't remember the psi values.

648% apu spells

105 rof on most apu spells (halos, beams)

http://neocron.ems.ru (http://neocron.ems.ru/) has the range and RoF caps. Damage and Handling are covered already.

/edit - The next few patches will probably make that site out-of-date but AFAIK it's still accurate in this regard.

In order to cap frequency (rate of fire) on a gun it is usually necessary to overspec considerably the weapon's main skill, well beyond what it takes to achieve the 178% damage cap.

example: capping a Pain Easer's damage at 178% is easy, capping its frequency takes a lot more Rifle skill.
