whos the best yes i know this thread has bn done alot of tiems before but there are new skillers about (DONT VOTE YOUR SELF NIBBISHES)
CSTER: - ern yul brenner (not coz his my mate but coz his made some nice shit), Milenko is ok, Litjarna CST
REPPER: - not many about apart from pete the researcher and me on saturn
Poker: - ISA i love the 115 pokes, darkana
Researcher: - WENCH nuff said no1 else mainly because most researches whine about doin jobs like researching 100 E techs or 200 troops but wenchy baby is a true researcher with time and is bloody turstworthy

this Kinda thraed is no longer as vital as trades have moved into ckans and are doing things by invitation.
On Saturn .. I only use Nexus and Avenging Wraith , both capped Const
Nexus has given me 5 slot CS, 4 Slot CS, 3 Slot Libby and 2x4 Slot Libbies ... amongst others ... He seems a little crap at spells, norm is 2 slots but hey ... only need 1 slot for rare spells
Wraith is also as good....

Yes I've used comrade smurf alot. Havn't used him in some time tho. I have a load of Holy shelters that i need to sell might have to give him a look up sometime soon. Either that or buy another apt :).

wench, darkana, elle, roe & castoff helped me out so much in my whole neocronlife :) mucho respecto to them :)
and buildify is a very good constructor, my RL mate angeldustbe4 uses em regularly to make em sweet weapons :) (altough he's still hopin on a 5 slotted rav :P)

S9 has been on a roll recently. 4 5 Slotted weapons in one day (2 Rifle, 2 Pistol). Pic shows those and a few others that I had on hand. Few others, just didn't have 'em handy. :D

Hmmm .... My mate const ... and is good with Libbies, CS's and most guns, he crappy at doing spells though
His resume would include
2* 4 slot CS
1* 5 slot CS
3*4 slot Libbies
1*5 slot Libby
Has done 5 slot holy Cath , 5 slot PE, and others ....
Speels normaly no too bad, 2 slots ave on them. Yet to do a 4/5 slor dev or rav....
Me battle to understand how come people don't get slots on rares, given the slot chances are greater for rares.

I use myself for ressing and bartering. When I want something ressed it's usually a large batch, and I know how dull it is so why inflict it on someone else when I can do it myself;)
As for cst I use a mate (I dont think he wants to be advertised so I'll not say...unless he complains I didnt give him props:p) and I'm more than happy with his work. Most of the libbys he has build for me have been artifact quality and fetched a pretty price on selling. Holding on to the 4 slot uranium silenced artifact one those. Only stat that isnt 120 is range (118) and I've still 2 slots left:)
Ony other cster I've used and have anything nice to say about is bu!ld!fy. 3 slots Disruptor and 3 slot Ray of God, both with nice stats and at a nice cheap price.

i think spycy is one of the best reserchers reparer and poker he is alwase on and usaly the only person who pokes reserches and pokes he is very good :o

I do all of my own CST/Repping with :D MaynardJames. Turn out some pretty good stuff on Saturn. Researching, I normally go with IRET_CNST or Castoff. Barter, I do myself on - PhilMcKracken, not very many around anymore.

:pBah, I would never trust anyone but a PURE researcher to do my tech parts. Even with 200+ in research you can still fail and wreck stuff. :wtf:

And I hope everyone realizes that yeah, this is all about luck/chance. No one can be a "better" constructor than anyone else, assuming you are high enough to cap quality.

But anyway, back to luck- thats why I laugh when people demand a TL 220+ constructor.
Here is a story for ya- on Saturn, someone was spamming trade looking for a TL 220+ constr. I gave in and responded to quiet the guy- he then interviewed me like I was applying for a govt job. My skill is 228, but my Int wasnt high enough for him (of course we all know Int is the LEAST important attribute for Constr out of the ones that play a role). So I got tired of dealing with it, so I said "forget this, and good luck finding someone to meet your qualifications." So he goes on his way with spamming. 5 minutes later, he comes back on trade whining that he got scammed. Turns out he took his parts to Secret Cajun Man, a known and admitted scammer, and SCM ran off with it. Of coure, SCM is a /40 something Spy, so he CERTAINLY wouldnt have met the strict requirements of the guy wanting construction done. So I asked what he had built, and it was a moonstriker. So I politely informed him that I had just built a 4 slotted one earlier that week (which is true) and wished him luck it getting new parts assembled. :angel:

I agree with strych9. People don't realize that after a certain point all that extra CST does you no good!! It is all luck when it comes to slots. It makes me laugh when I have a TL198 Dex95/Int94 and it isn't enough for people. They want the 200+!! BAH, I laugh at those people. Life is hard, but it harder when you are stupid-John Wayne. :rolleyes:

I get both well over 200 with an +50 op, or ppu buff +25 op ;)
My research only with ppu buff is around 175... (both would be higher with hawking) ;)

first every construct, with 133 skill (during loming) and he made a 4 slot moonstriker, with 120% frequancy, and all other stats above 108%

I had left the game, came back, and started all new chars. So my tank was first, Pikachoad, and I think he still has some stuff with your name on it. Once my main spy Strych9 was underway he took over the duties... but I would look for you in P1 up until that point. :p

hes around 160tl in repp i hate peeps saying their that high when their now. its just a lie. just say ur true tl because if ur a 200 tl and put the addon 400tl to wut i see 326 is stilll low. just make it ezyer so alot of peeps dont hav to divide :)
reason y i say that i hate seeing peeps say 180 tl spy lets say and i go and he repps it like 2-3 times and am like my repper can do it in 1 hit. reason y i dont is because ma to lazy to trans :) thats y i hate peeps saying their so high but their not.

then i dont blame u :) its just i dont like goin to peeps believing my stuff will be fully repped in 1 hit. and it isnt. thats the reason i still hav my CS which is 110/110 or so because i only used my reppers. aready repped it like 3 times. when i see peeps at 80/80 from shitty ones.

Yeah i understand that. When i'm doing somthing like that i threw on my reppers glove. Yeah i have 2 HL's sitting at xx/90 or so. Used the hell out of those. And there both only 2 slots so they go pretty fast at 105/min.

Hmm, actually character has no TechLevel, only skills. So TL for rep = skill*2.
And as for csting, I have 75(pure) pts in cst, I cap all TLs, but I am crappy ctor as it takes over 5 tries to build TL110... : )
