I know this has happened before, but I still think it's pretty weird :p
It's a weird parallel universe on the Pepper Park zone line. Apparently, this is where people go when they sync. It seems I managed to get stuck in it.
I could see people come and go (while they synced into the real PP) but they could not see me.

I've never seen this happen at PP, but it happens when I enter Plaza 1 from Plaza 2. Everything sync's up, and if I can move, I end up in a Plaza 2 that is entirely devoid of people. No runners, no Copbots, no Vendors, just a few lonely birds flying around to keep me company. If I try to leave I total sync up and have to relog.

It happens all the time. Nothing unusual.

It needs to be fixed for DoY, otherwise it will allow a major exploit. (personal hiding space)

Yer, that's how it looks when you're still in plaza 3. Same as with all, I got stuck in front of the wall to plaza 1 because I didn't zone properly (I was still in plaza 2)
