Does anyone have a list/ database of what skills affect other skills?
And, whether they help or hinder them.

That´s about the most certain you can get to know about skills, but even that guide is inaccurate

LOL, thanks, ive seen that post before.. i couldnt work it out before, maybe they have edited it... but i just saw how it works and is so simple :P
