Looking everywhere for the NPC in OZ8 / Prison part of the Epic, apparently he's meant to be on the zoneline between A_09 and OZ8, but he ain't.
Looked everywhere inside the jailhouse, but no luck there either.
So if he's not there, where the hell is he?

(another guy has had the same problem too, he sent a bug report out 7 hours ago so I don't think it's just a case of someone killing the NPC !)
