when i can believe these forums you need smokers skillmanager and zoneseeks update, but dont ask me where to find em cause i never used a skillmanager in my life ...

best way imo is 2 years of playing neocron with every possible setup :) besides its much more fun testing out youre setup in combat (not on a testserver btw) then hangin behind youre computer putting numbers into sumkind of manager :)

and i dont trust the results of those programs anyway :)
