as partof an event on pluto i beleive that there was a gambling npc placed
in the outzone anyone no if there is stil one about?

Not any more, no. Those NPCs were spawned by SnowCrash as an experiment to see how they would stand up to real use.

appart from the problem that only one person can talk to an npc at once this really does need to be fixed especially if server pops ever do increase

for the gambling ones he should speak in local or on a special game channel :) so that people can spectate on the luck of the player

and other npc's should talk to multiple people at once
