A question for the Mods

Why are there rules about posting new threads about old subjects?

Is there something wrong with a runner asking an honest question without
having to troll the board to find the old topic?

After looking around page one of the board and finding threads about KK communication, parashock, the population of Pluto etc. etc. I'm wondering what you mean by us not allowing threads about old subjects.

Also, if this is a question to mods, why are you posting it on the forums? All the mods have PM boxes the same as everyone else. I'll expect a more detailed question in my PM box...
