dunno i havent played for quite a while but last time i played, 20,000,000 was cap and if u got 1 nc above it u reverted to 18,000,000

no stock exchange is not included in what you see. ( ive had over 50 mil on a char by holding money in stock x ) but it only said what i had on hand on my character.

and it might be bugged. Promethious was listed as having the most money because it was bugged and it said he had like 36 mil.
