8 slots have always been able haven't they ??? You only need the f*kcing luck you get a 5 slot and use the illigal slotenhancer at the same time afaik...

If I am not mistaken then :

Slot enhancers only work on non-weapons/spells
Slot enhancers only give 1-3 slots as a minimum (depending on which slot enhancer you use)
And total slots canīt exceed 5


Thatīs what Iīve been told, but that doesnīt mean itīs 100 % true.

It is impossible to get past 5 slots now. It has been said by devs and I think was in some patch notes a loooooong time ago. You could at retail start though.

Well I don't have all the time of the world and didn't read the patch notes until about 2 moths ago so guess you guys are right.

your were showing it to a bunch of people in p2 and when you showed other people in trade window it just looks like a regular 1 slot holy cath ...nothing special, and certainly not worth 10 mil if its just a silly bug

I seam to find myself with more than my fair share of bugged logons..
I have had everything from glider keys, 9 slotted spells and guns,and strange components.
usually when i relog they disappear :(

You get that bug when you synch out/crash at the same time, at least I did. I got a worthless 8 slotted rifle 3 booster. I traded it with a friend and she said it was a 0 slotted rifle 3 booster so it's just a client bug, it's not 8 slotted or more. :wtf:
