Hey,
I was playing the test server today, and I was playing with an FC, we had some great fun killing stuff. Then at a time I started up Fraps and we decided to make a sort of movie.
I added in a nice story line and like to present to you "Godmoders"

I was having a dig at all those who say something about how easy we have it today (granted, it is easier) but "stretch" the truth a little bit about what they had to do. (E.g. - "Back in my day, we had to walk 10 miles to school. Uphill both ways!", etc.) :p

I'm not sure whether you are asking for my system specs but here goes:
Windows XP
Intel Celeron 2.4 GhZ [Celeron has a bad name, but my Celeron kicks ass.]
768MB DDR RAM
ATI Readeon 9200 XT
HDD 240 GB.
I think I didn't miss out on anything, and I know my system isn't the best
text wise, but hell, I keep good track of system and I keep it clean.
It runs ^.^

anything but spawn stuff i think.
And he can not change in to other models, nor can he zone people to his location whilest he is in a different zone.
There's many more, but I am un aware of those.

What the hell.... When I tried to run fraps, I got like 4 FPS. And my system is....
Athlon XP 2400+
512 DDR RAM
ATI Radeon 9800 PRO
HDD 40 GB (dont laugh biotches)
Maybe its cos my HDD sucks ass.... I wouldnt think that 256 of RAM would matter TOO much....

It was a Faction Councoller.
And regarding the frames per second, the lower your resolution is on, the more frames per second you will gain, it really matters.
When you run 1024x768 Fraps has to save all those images in that size.
Now would you record in 800x600, it is a lot faster and smoother.
