having probs finding out what all non shop vehicles are ingame and where u get those vehicles.. can any 1 help me out?

You can't 'get' them any more from a NPC or something.

They were taken out of the game, all the people who do have a key though, can research those and give you a blueprint.

I must say again, if anyone at all can give me a BP of any vehicle on the test server, please let me know.
