well, it would get pretty nasty, with some 500+ people talking at the same time, so rooms would propably be the best..

except that..

I think it would require an insane connection to be able to host that big a teamspeak server..


but save for that, very generous of you.

a seperate ts server for each server on nc and then a seperate channel for each faction with lowish quality level

I'm using both. I like Ventrilo more, why? I think Ventrilo got a clearer sound than Teamspeak and Teamspeak have the ability to fuck up games with "directkey" on which is psycho.

I´ve never tried team speak, but I know that ventrilo fucked up on my computer last I used it..


everything locks up, when I press any key in ventrilo..

but I dunno what happened, but reinstalling wouldn´t help.



So I can´t say if team speak is better, but I can say I´m not fond of Ventrilo.

now back on topic. i have had issues with vent in the past and also ts on same machine. both have been good when they have run. imo its down to where u can get hosted and how good is the host in terms of price and other stuff. get that right and your laughing all the way to the bank.

I got ts and ventrilo installed, but i prefer ventrilo, it just sounds better.

and yes i ike that idea of one big server. would be quite chaotic but fun i bet. :)
