Serious Question

I was just wondering everyone is saying that the servers have low populations and a thought came to me, as the servers have less pops now what is the performance like? has anyone seen any improvments in lag and sync times, just i havnt seen the usual saturn sunday lag thread and i feel this will give us an accurate view of how well the servers can cope
