Name when constructing

Kinda hard to search for this. Does anyone know the numbers for getting your name on a item? Like how many slots on a TL 10, 40, 70, and 90 gun? Something like that. I want to build something with a illegal slot enhancer for the sake of getting my PEs name on it :) (combat pe)

all TL below 50 need 5 slots to get your name on it any thing above 50 its around 3 4 5 slots tl 90 and higher is most times 2 or 3 slots some rare items give at 1 slot your name on it

My 4slotted tl3 heal doesnt have a name, My artifact liberator only has a name when u hover over it :wtf:
