Why was it ever removed the Enhanced Plasma rifle did more damage than it did..... i think it should be bought back especially with DOY wen hunting copbots will happen if they bring it back then it should have a tl of 90 like the flame avlanhce and STORM laser and will be dropped with random slots and stats
combination of the fact it caused lag and was never ment to be wide spread with how many of them there were

It doesn't case lag. It just uses some borked particle effect, which on some computers causes your FPS to drop to almost nothing when drawing said effect. Which is why some people find themselves getting 0 FPS in MC5 whenever they get shot.

and why do they still use it on copbots and mc5 agents ??? cant they yust fix that particle effect ?
and i dont mean change the weapon or change the plasmarays or i dunno what ... yust let it be exactly the same and get the fps drop fixed :)
i must honoustly say that the cpr is the coolest weapon in the game + the fact that chiks dig it :P

I might be recalling things completely wrong, but didn't the CopBot rifle have a hitbox only and no reticle? (as spells)

nah dude u needed aim but if one shot hit so did the other 4 :D
It had a chance to hit based on a reticle just like any other rifle, and a chance for each shot. It was in fact perfectly possible to hit with only 1 shot out of a burst. Due to the way NC handles burst fire though it's possible that to other players it would appear to always hit with all shots as other burst weapons do.

my bad i guess i was wrong about the being a mod cant be a GM thing... coulda sworn i heard that somewere tho... and yes i did read that thread by odin and it said if you have a copbot rifle you must turn it in..... didnt state any circumstances...

The post from Odin says "hand in if POSSIBLE" and only mentions being banned if you try to SELL it or USE it.

The mods show up as guests don't they? It always says "x members and x guest". As its members only I guess the mods are the guests??
