I found these screenshots a while ago:

The date they were uploaded appears to be January 1, 2002. I'm guessing its some map that never made it into the game. Does anyone have any more information on this place? Thanks.

Haven't you ever been there, that's Plaza 5, I thought everyone came there all the time.

Seriously, it looks like a Plaza sector, but most likely unrecognizable due to changes made to various decorations (Moving/changed locations of holographic banners, etc.).

If I ever get time I'll see if I can recognize the basic structure of the area somewhere...

Apparently its part of some old Neocron Tutorial. Lot of old interesting articles on that site.
