All of those links are either negative, or useless.
Even when I try to search for DOY advertisements, I can't find anything!!

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. A bunch of gaming websites have database entries for all games they know to be in development. That then gets presented as a page containing very little information, but that's not an advertisement by Reakktor or anyone else.

The campaign hasn't started yet.

I was trying to say that there is absolutely no advertisment anywhere for DoY.
I was trying to point out that kk arn't even giving information to people like ToTheGame about the DoY. How much does that cost?

Well, if there is a campaign then thats cool. I suppose you could close this thread then.

And plus it a long way off yet. The official release date has only been announced.

Can I get reassured the advert campaign won't start like a week before the game is due out? :/

as for those links, well those are outdated most of them are entitled 'Neocron dome of york' as we all have been through this the new project here on hand is 'Neocron: Beyond Dome of York' so no surprise those links and useless.
