DOY and Non-Faction runners

When it does eventually come out.... will non faction runners be able to run freely in NC AND DOY

IIRC the devs said non-faction status isn't supposed to be a legit path in the game.

As of current anyway. :p

I suppose non-faction runners are treated with the same regard as an Anarchy Breed member.

Edit: My keyboard needs some loosening up or something...
