ok heres my problem
when i start up neocron and press the play button, it says " missing file Modles\modles.ini ", so i start it up again and press check files but it says everything is ok.

What do i do??

try a reinstall of neocron

You made "check files", so you have some new "files to check"/"files to repair" (or something like that) there, delete them and start neocron again.
