Yes, i have several level 3 apartments filled with rare parts, and my gogo with some MC5 parts, why?

It makes me giggle when they think that they are the only one to own rareparts. Im sure we could all do that (well some of us) but it would be a bitch to rearrange them how i had them before.

I have about the same trans on my resser and keep him overweight all the time with un-ressed rares (coz I'm too lazy to res them until he can't move at all).

Last time I had some of those I threw them on the ground in Plaza 2, it took 5 minutes for them to be picked up.
Next time I'll throw them on the ground in PP and shoot the first person who touches them. even thow it will be like using a spitball on a house.
