It's either faction item, epic reward, misc. thingy which never got implemented, or something just plain weird.

Either way, it's unlikely anyone'll get one anytime soon.

Heaven's Key is a hacktool and is not the Holy Angel CPU...
I doubt it's a faction reward, and I think it's the real epic reward under Fallen Angels, the tradeskill chip.

The question is then....are the multi-task CPU and the tradeskill chip the same thing?
