I put a help request using in-game system a few days ago (at least 3) but it's still open and nothing has come of it. I've also mailed helpdesk@neocron.com and only got an automated reply. Is there any other way of getting some help, apart from asking on the forums which, of course, I would never do? I want to re-roll this char but can't until the help req is dealt with :mad:

What server and character? There's no way that an in-game ticket would be untouched in that time - what did you ask for?

The key to my appt has vanished and I can't open the door. I suspect this was my bad not the games, but the appt still exists with the same password. There was more info in the help req/e-mail.
