Question about TG Epic Grenade

What would the reqs on it likely to be?

I mean, sure, there's the play of skilling reqs into being able to use Epic weapons/armor...

but... CA NCPD armor completely eliminates monks from using it (even in a ceremonial sense), I know of no Gentank that uses the NCPD armor even ceremonially.

Who the heck would be using the TG grenade if its STR 80 and 100 H-C if you know what I mean. At the very least, how about making it 1 STR and 1 H-C, so that ALL may be capable of using it, but only those with high reqs will be able to use it to its full potential and with any accuracy...

I heard it's not blueprintable, but obtainable at the Twilight Guardian canyon once you have finished the final TG epic mission.
