I'm all for HC tanks getting uber resistance to everything sorta like a ppu with shields up and such but they have to be slowed the hell down even more and can't run fast at all. They will be "walking" warriors of death with awesome powerful cannons that hurt like hell. But I guess it'll never happen or work out.
