i lost that email that had my worldpay ID, and now i cant go on and pay for NC. all i wanted to do was change from 6 month to monthly payments. should i cancel my account and reactivate it? its impossible, or damn near it to get my ID through worldpay cause they cant search by email or username(which i also forgot). now im NC-less until this is solved

there are two options, one is email account@neocron.com, tell them the situation, they'll tell you to cancel your account and reactivate it.

the other option is to miss out emailing helpdesk but do the same for the rest of option one.

only way to do it im afraid. i speak from personal experience.

so all i have to dop is cancel my acount through neocron then reactivate it?

yes but it can take between 2 and 24 hours before you can reactivate it

well right now i cant do anything, 24 hours is better than hoping worldpay can get something done this week
