Hi there,
As a very few of you know, for the last couple of days (including the last 2 days where i havent done thise) I have been writing just about every item in nc into a database, that will be released with neocron.org as soon as it is up and running.
however, we are still looking through it for stuff i forgot to type in..
a few of those things are ::
All PE PAs
All SPY PAs
So I would be really happy if someone could post these values of those items here :

Two small additions to the list above:
- Spy PAs are DEX-based not STR.
- The requirement for the fourth Spy PA was changed to 135 DEX (instead of 130)
Level 1 PA on all but PE are now 90 not 85 PE level 1 is 75 now i think
Level 4 PA on all but PE are now 135 and PE are 105
done ....
and dont think prc/frc of monk-pa are good values .... sry, dont play monk ^^
perhaps can send me a dump of the db ? :D
Well it was my intention of releasing the list for the public when I had all the parts, but I guess I could let you have it now.. even though I am not sure I have all parts yet.
Oh, and thanks for those PAs.. been waiting 3 days to get the stats :p
//EDIT: Sorry to be a bitch... but you wouldnīt happen to have the "Weights" of the PAs do you ? (SPY and PE PAs)
@work atm .... 'll check this evening for Spy+Tank PA's, monk-pa's also i got some arround .... perhaps also pepa 1+3...
afaik NCPD Armor and Tank pa2 = 15.5
I've got it all for Spy/PE, and I think even Monk, but you'll have to wait until I get home (another 2 to 3 hours).
PE pa is a different TL than its req isnt it?

I think the TL's are TL of original requirements. Didn't adjust them when they changed requirements.

I'm sure I noticed a difference sometime. Maybe it wasn't PA.
or its just higher TL's and lower req like the NCPD Armor ... TL120 / Req STR40 Weights 15.5

I think the values for energy armor on the Tank PAs are a bit off.
tank PA gives 46, 51, 56 and 61 energy resist
