I'm trying to get Neocron working on my laptop. I can start Neocron, pick a server, connect to the server, get the list of characters, pick one of them, and it loads the game. Then I see the right display but I can never get the HUD going. None of the stuff at the bottom of the screen is present - list of who is around, dialog box, etc. The aiming point isn't visible either. However I can move and look around using the mouse and arrows. I can also select things like a city com - trial and error with no aim point - but then cant get past the first screen - can't select anything.
