Weapon mod question

Hi there,

I want to mod my epic gatling cannon.

Is phospor mod for posion or fire? I can't remember; there is no info when you right click for more infomation. It says N/A.

(And does anyone know where the Storage Cells are located?)

Phosphor is fire, the ammo it's self lists what damages it does.

Storage Cells are : Military Base (at J01)
Storage Halls are : Outzone (basically all of the sectors has a hall)

Erm, no. I wasn't clear: The DRE Epic Storage Cells in the Outzone/ Industrial zone.
