Right we've all seen the thumbnail for the cover of the soon to be released BDOY expansion If not here it is:

Now the expanded one, this was linked before and was the original concept art for Neocrons box before CDV got their hands on it and went for the fetish Half Life look:

There’s been some discussion on what the cover should be like with varying ideas, now MJS says they're still working on the cover which give us a chance to have our say.

where do u get that l33t paintshop gadjhet from and is it free??? I dont know whether its worth me upgrading to DOY or not... depends on my payday package.. if its not over 1k this month im being tight again :P hehe oh fuck it ill buy it if its cheap hehe oh wait thats being tight again.. The original is just fine. Just get rid of that damn M16. Dont think they have weapons that are 780-800 or so years old.

Yeah.. Psi Monk holding a M16. Great... that'll give the wrong ideas. And you can't even see either of the citys from the wasteland... you can only see the cave-like entrances. Any chance of showing buildings reaching toward the sky from the sectors surrounding NC/DoY? That'd be great... cause otherwise that box-art has nothing to do with neocron, it'd be better for Fallout. I'm not saying that the current box-art (the green one) is any better though.

I was bored today and made one version for the fun of it. I know it's not perfect but imo it would still work better as a cover art than the drawing :p and afterall I made it pretty fast :D I might do a better one if I get the time. Atm I should be working on my graduation work so I might not make it but who cares :lol:

Whatever you do, DO NOT put reviews of any kind on the box unless they're absolutely stellar. Putting an 84% review on it will likely hurt it more than help, as companies normally put their highest reviews on their boxes. They'll think "if 84% is their highest mark, then I imagine the normal reviews are far lower".

not to mention anyone with half a brain ignores mag reviews as they know they are just being bought and poor reviews normally means the hookers you sent around to deliver the game were a bit skanky.

I stand by the suggestion for a bunch of monks sexing corpses at an OP. Because, as the person who suggested it said, it is an accurate depiction of what you'll experience in the game.
I like novas the best so far.
What I'd like to see.....
Not one, but all classes should be seen on the cover with weapons drawn...

(Indicating Interaction and Community)
Something possibly "Flying"
(Indicating new content) Maybe a drop ship "Dusting off"
If there is one...
The trick is to PACK IN as much information on the front of that
box as humanly possible withouth "Cluttering it"
Oh yeah and a Dead Monk in the city with everyone Sexxing
his corpse...

The m16? Keep it, I dont give a shit, if ya own the original Neocron box you'll notice that the weapon he is holding seems to be a beretta 9mm , or a different gun :P But whatever, its not in the fucking game. If a gun is on the box, I expect it ingame KK!
