How long does it take before you can reactivate, after you have cancelled the account?

so I got it blocked and got a new one..

i got the same problem except my account had expired and i just want to change the pay method as well

I mailed accounts@neocron.com (thanks for the help danae on mothersday :p), apparently Worldpay didnt cancel my account completely..

thats the problem. i think you can only activate after you recive the WP cancel Info

I had a few troubles with worldpay yesterday, although I think it sorted itself out.

yeah i cancelled my account cos i had to change my CC details. and i lost all my worldpay stuff ;)

so i just cancelled and reactivated i think it took a couple of hours. great thing is you can still play while you wait :)
