System needs tweaking...

My computer should be able to run neocron faster than it is currently. It runs it at 10-60 fps, varying where I am, and I was wondering if anyone could help me tweak it so I can run Neocron at a higher performance...

System Stats:

Operating System: Win XP
Processor: Athlon 2600
Video: Radeon 9600 XT
Ram: 512 DDR

If more specs are required pls lmk.

its cause of teh drivers!1

neocron's old drivers can't manage with these new cards so you get like no bonuses
